Booking
You can book online in under two minutes: choose your treatment, preferred therapist, date and time, then enter your details. You will receive a confirmation email straight away. You are also welcome to call us.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged at 50% of the treatment price.
Your visit
Please arrive around 15 minutes before your treatment. This gives you time to complete a short consultation, change into your robe and unwind with a herbal infusion.
We provide robes, slippers, towels and disposable underwear. Simply arrive as you are — we take care of everything else.
Treatments
Absolutely. When booking online you can select a preferred therapist or choose “Any available” to see the widest range of times.
Yes. Our Pregnancy Comfort Massage is designed for the second and third trimesters. Please let us know you are pregnant when booking so we can tailor your experience.
In most cases, yes. Please add details in the notes when booking and your therapist will adapt products and techniques accordingly. For some conditions we may ask for your GP’s approval.
Gifts
We do — our vouchers can be used for any treatment or package and are valid for 12 months. Contact us to arrange a beautifully presented voucher.
