Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from us by email.
Cancellations & changes
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours and missed appointments may be charged at 50% of the treatment price.
Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. Late arrival may shorten your treatment so that the next guest is not delayed.
Health & wellbeing
Please inform us of any medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies or injuries. We reserve the right to adapt or decline treatments where necessary for your safety.
Gift vouchers
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
